Mark donovan CPI

Mark Donovan is the inspector behind Apogee Inspections. Mark is located in the heart of Vancouver and services the Lower Mainland and beyond. Mark received his education at BCIT and additional training at ASTTBC. He is Consumer Protection BC licensed and fully insured. Mark has completed the InterNACHI certification process and is a InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Though InterNACHI, Mark has completed several additional certification courses qualifying him as an expert in all major systems in residential and commercial properties.

Previous to Home and Property Inspection work, Mark had a successful career in construction where he worked as a carpenter, a contractor and as a builder. Mark has almost three decades of experience working with every type of trade in the house construction industry. He has worked at and managed many jobs where he was responsible for coordinating all the sub trades and supervising their work and ensuring the job was completed properly. During these years, Mark worked closely with his clients, listening to their needs and providing them with exactly what they wanted. With this experience, the transition to the Inspection Industry was natural and easy. Mark has a proficiency with the English language and has the technical and creative ability to prepare detailed, concise, accurate and enjoyable to read inspection reports. Mark has a passion for the work he does and regularly upgrades his skills and knowledge of the industry as it grows and improves.
